Johnny Simmons is the visionary founder and CEO of Believe-The Process Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering youth through sports training, vocational education, and entrepreneurship development. With over various middle school sports, Johnny has not only trained young athletes, but has also served as a mentor and role model, guiding them both on an off the field.

Beyond coaching, Johnny has been an active figure in the community, sing his talents as a musician in various churches to uplift and inspire. His deep passion for youth development stems from his own journey of acquiring diverse skills- ranging from phone repair nd Class A CDL certification to heavy equipment operation. Recognizing the value of education beyond the classroom, he founded Believe-The Process to provide young people with opportunities to excel in athletics, develop valuable trade skills, and explore entrepreneurial pathways.
Johnny's mission is rooted in the philosophy that iron sharpens iron - that by equipping the next generation with knowledge, discipline, and opportunity, we can build stronger communities and brighter futures. Through his nonprofit, he is committed to helping youth discover their potential, develop life skills, and create pathways for success beyond sports.
